As of the moment there are already three Lamborghini Centenario coupes in the US, all of which has been delivered to their respectful owners. Another one will be joining the group however, totaling to four. Unlike the previous three, the new Centenario to join the pack however, has decided to take its top off.
The folks over at Lamborghini Beverly Hills has just taken delivery of the first Lamborghini Centenario in the US this past week. It is only one of 40 examples to be produced – 20 roadsters and 20 coupes. This certain Centenario Roadster is also much more special as it is the first to be delivered by Lamborghini.
Based on Lamborghini's flagship Aventador, the Centenario Roadster produces 759 horsepower through its naturally aspirated V12, same as the one found in the coupe. With that much power, the Centenario Roadster does 0-100km/h in just 2.8 seconds and can reach a top speed of 349 km/h.
This first example of a Centenario Roadster is finished in bare carbon fiber with yellow accents to contrast the bare carbon finish. There are also silver wheels, and black brake calipers to finish off the look. The theme found on this example is also the same theme used during the Centenario coupe's reveal, which possibly explains why its said to be the most common theme so far.
Inside, the theme follows suit with black Nero Ade leather and Alcantara. To highlight the black interior, the stitching and piping are all finished in yellow. The same can be said for the embroidery on the dash, steering wheel and the Lamborghini logo stitched into the headrest.
Interested in the Centenario either in coupe or roadster guise? You won't be able too, as all 40 examples have already been accounted for. That and it does comes with a price tag of $1.9 million US. It is said that only three coupes will make their way to the US with no details as to how many more roadsters will arrive.
