After revealing teaser images of the front and rear sections of the 2016 Tacoma last month, Toyota recently released images of the next-generation pickup in its entirety along with a video.
Painted in blue, the 2016 Toyota Tacoma is a double cab pickup truck with a dominant trapezoidal grill, a sculpted hood and distinctive headlights paired with DRLs at the front. Along the side it has flared wheel arches, Tacoma badging and alloy wheels with black highlights.
Over at the rear, it has vertical taillights, a V6 and 4x4 badging, a side-facing exhaust and Tacoma lettering located at the lower section of the tailgate.
Toyota has not stated the pickup's powertrain but a 4.0-liter V6 is likely carried over from the outgoing model and a 2.7-liter inline-4.
